What we offer

Choose your focus and inspiration! At Mind's Eye Art Studio, curriculum is diverse and ongoing. Students are able to join anytime and attend multiple classes and sessions. 

You choose when you start! 

• Sessions are 4 classes.
• Attendance is only counted when present.
• Students may mix and match any classes to fit their busy schedules! 

 Don’t see what you are looking for that fits your schedule?  Propose a time/day and we’ll see what we can do! 

Because of Covid restrictions and safety precautions, classes are kept SUPER small (10 students max) and spaces are limited. New student registration is on a first come-first served basis.  Mind's Eye Art Studio will follow Chicago guidelines and regulations for all in-person classes, workshops, and events. All staff are vaccinated and boosted. We ask that ALL currently enrolled students be vaccinated. Masks optional. Social distancing requirements and studio safety guidelines are enforced at all times.  

Mind’s Eye Art Studio & Gallery will provide students opportunities to participate in art exhibitions showcased in our front gallery. 

Student Art Shows are held twice a year (Summer  & Winter) and are presented to all currently enrolled students. Opening nights are always full of excitement and so much energy! In between student art shows, Mind’s Eye prides itself on showing compelling, contemporary local artists.

 From beginners to professional artists, students can choose their class and area of focus at their leisure.  Adult classes include introductory materials for the first class followed by a personalized supply list based on individual interests for the session.   Don’t know where to start? Already have a practice and just need a bigger place to work? Adult Independent Study Memberships might be for you.

Get ready to experiment and grow! Each monthly session focuses on at least 2 different projects and will explore various mediums including: Drawing, Painting, Mixed-media, Sculpture, Printmaking, Artist Books, and Comics.   Kids and Teen classes include all materials.  Is your child working on a portfolio? We specialize in helping students get organized and develop the very best of their creativity and talent.  

Mind’s Eye Art Studio & Gallery offers regular, monthly workshops in addition to many free events including  art openings, artists talks, open crtitiques, community nights, poetry and book readings, open mic nights, movie screenings and so much more.
